Guidelines - Kala Mahotsav 2026

🎒 Junior Group

1. The competition is open to school students (Junior to 12th Standard).
2. Participants must register online through www.shaadisansar.com.
3. Registration fees ₹100/- (Payment mode: online).
4. Registration amount ₹100/- non-refundable.
5. Painting Competition Theme: “Empowered Women – Empowered India”.
6. Artwork must be original and only self-made paintings on the given theme will be accepted.
7. Paintings must be based on the official theme of the competition.
8. Any medium is allowed (Pencil Sketch, Painting, Poster Art, etc.).
9. Artwork should be submitted in JPG / PNG / PDF format.
10. Maximum file size should not exceed 10 MB.
11. Participants must clearly mention their Name, School Name, Class or Standard, Year, and Contact Details during registration.
12. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
13. Entry will be on a First Come – First Serve basis.
14. Certificates will be provided to all participants.
15. Winners will receive special awards and recognition at the national level.
16. Artwork must not contain any offensive, political, religiously sensitive, or inappropriate content.
17. Participants must ensure that the submitted artwork does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.
18. Organizers reserve the right to use submitted artworks for promotional purposes (website, social media, exhibitions, or publications) with proper credit.
19. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
20. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
21. Participants should keep the original artwork safely; proof of originality may be requested.
22. Any form of plagiarism, copying, or tracing will result in immediate disqualification.
23. Ensure the image of the artwork is clear, properly lit, and fully visible.
24. Organizers are not responsible for technical issues like internet failure, upload errors, or incomplete registrations.
25. Age category or class category may be considered while judging.
26. Participants must strictly follow the "Empowered Women – Empowered India" theme.
27. Certificates will be issued digitally (E-Certificate) to all registered participants.
28. Winners may be invited for online or offline award ceremonies or exhibitions.
29. The organizers reserve the right to modify competition rules if necessary.
30. Any misleading information provided during registration may lead to cancellation.

32. Limited participants from each state will be allowed.
